Please Note: Natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds are excluded from this specific stone replacement guarantee. Our Lifetime Gemstone Guarantee applies exclusively to our AAA Cubic Zirconia line.
Gemstone Brilliance & Integrity
We guarantee that our hand-selected Cubic Zirconia gemstones will retain their original brilliance, fire, and optical luster for a lifetime.
Our gemstones are fully guaranteed against chipping or cracking under normal everyday wear and tear.
Complimentary Stone Replacement
If your covered LA Chic Jewelry gemstone shows any signs of damage, we will proudly provide a replacement stone at no cost to the original purchaser.
Replacement gems will match the original as closely as possible in color, cut, and carat size based on availability.
Terms & Third-Party Services
Standard fees for stone setting, goldsmith work, and shipping apply to replacement requests. The original sales receipt is required to qualify for coverage.
