Please note that natural and lab-grown diamonds are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

At LA Chic Jewelry, we take great pride in the exceptional quality of our hand-selected cubic zirconia gemstones. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee to ensure they retain their original brilliance and luster. Our cubic zirconias are also guaranteed against chipping or cracking under normal wear.

If your LA Chic Jewelry gemstone shows any signs of damage, we will gladly provide a replacement stone at no cost to the original purchaser. Replacement gems will match the original as closely as possible in color and cut, based on availability at the time of replacement.

Please note: Fees for setting the stone, goldsmith services, and shipping will apply. To qualify for the guarantee, the original receipt must be presented.

Work performed on LA Chic Jewelry by anyone other than LA Chic Jewelry will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
