What are the shipping and handling fees?
Shipping is FREE within Continental US
I want you to ship my order to alternate address (not my billing address). Can you do it?
If you would like your package(s) ship to an address other than your billing address. Please call your credit issuer to add an alternative SHIP TO address before placing the order.
How long will it take to get my order?
It will usually take anywhere from 10-14 business days to receive your order unless we have the piece in stock which then we will ship 2-3 day delivery.
Do you do international shipping?
We ship to Canada,some countries in Europe, Australia Shipping fees will be charged once the order transmiits to us.
How can I return the merchandise?
We will accept your jewelry for credit to your credit card within 30 days of the purchase date. The item has to be in brand new condition. Please package all items securely. We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. Please allow 10 business days for credit to appear on your credit card billing statement.
Note. Although shipping is free, we will deduct the cost from the credit if the returned item is not defected.
How can I return a defective merchandise?
We will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 14 days of purchase. Please package all items securely. We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. Once we have received and processed your return we will ship your replacement jewelry to you immediately.
