Thank you chic jewelry for an outstanding job. I recieved my engagement ring #527 last week and could not be more satisfied. I was unsure of what kind of wedding band I wanted with it. I went to an indepent jewelry store in my home town to get an idea of what I wanted. I was so happy to realize that this jeweler could not tell that my ring was a cz. I was so excieted that I had to check out another jewelry store. I later want to the mall and checked out a very well known store, a store that any woman that has looked at a bride magazine has seen their ad. I started looking at wedding bands and before I knew it I had three associates in the store gazzing at my ring. They had no idea. I was laughing so hard to myself. I received the pendant much quicker than I had anticipated.

I wanted a piece of jewelry that I had seen that had a very complicated design. I decided to have it made. I looked for several months for a jeweler that could make the design with the level of skill and craftsmanship that was comparable to the work on the ring I had seen.

In two instances, though the businesses advertised that they could do custom work, the jewelers were not skilled enough to take on the project..thankfully they said so right from the start (I knew this WAS a tricky design..I had already had several jewelers tell me that). I contacted two other places that gave me estimates but they we more invested in making the sale than they were in what I wanted as a customer. After careful discussions with those other companies and then with Ophelia at Chic I just knew in my heart of hearts that if Chic did the job it would be done RIGHT!! I was very nervous about proceeding. What a WONDERFUL decision it was to go with Chic!! The quality of craftsmanship and service was worth EVERY penny and then some!!! Generally it IS true that you get what you pay for...except in this case we got FAR more than we expected!!! What I got from Chic was the MOST amazing service anyone could ever expect!! You would have thought that I wa! s buying a $50,000 ring the way I was treated. Chic jewelers went ABOVE and BEYOND the hallmark of excellent service. They called and spoke to me on the phone about my design and took my calls with questions as often as necessary to ensure a wonderful outcome. My husband was leary of doing business with a company 2000 miles away AND over the internet so he insisted on buying a sample piece of Chic jewelry before agreeing to have the custom piece done. Now I am even embarrassed that we did that. When we received the sample piece in the mail ( on of Chic's regular items) it was beautiful and we knew the skill of the jewelers at Chic could handle even OUR tricky design. After it was all said and done buying a sample ring was a waste of time. Chic has excellent quality jewelry! All through the first stages of the process I was VERY nervous about doing this over the internet. I was afraid they would not get the details and would not capture the ring the wa! y I wanted it and so on and so on...but I had ABSOLUTELY NO reason to worry!! The jeweler got EVERY single detail down to the smallest thing COMPLETELY as I wanted it! Chic honored EVERY promise they made, they were reputable, and they were clearly wanting me to be pleased with the final result. When I saw the final product I was blown away ! Amazingly, Art, the jeweler at Chic had done such a beautiful job that the ring made by Chic was MORE beautiful than the one I had seen initially!!! The metal working was excellent!! No dimples, ridges, seams, pits or anything..just a beautiful piece of work!!! The stones that were used were of the absolute best quality! Clear, well cut, lot's of diamond fire, with ever stone size and shape one can image to choose from. A custom design from Chic was the perfect solution!

My husband thinks Chic is the best thing to ever come along...and I never thought I'd hear him say THAT about a jewelry store!

On a personal note I have become fond of Ophelia and Art at Chic jewelry! I have never met ANYONE who cared so much about wanting the customer to be happy with their purchase. Looking back, now that I have done business with Chic jewelry, it was foolish for me to have EVER worried about doing a custom design by way of e-mails and phone calls. The end result was so beautiful it is breathtaking. Chic is amazing customer service, incredible craftsmanship and Artistic talent, and excellent quality stones and metals. They treated me like they had no other concerns except my project! I can't say enough good about them!

I'm already gearing up for my second custom designed piece from them. I'd NEVER think of going anywhere else even if the other guys said they'd make a piece of jewelry for me for free... I am writing to tell others who are considering buying from Chic Jewelry that my choice to purchase several rings from Chic was one of the smartest shopping decisions I've ever made. My fiancé and I ordered my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from your company, and we were absolutely delighted with the results! First of all, you offer designs that we were unable to find anywhere else, and I wanted something that suited my eclectic tastes. Secondly, the craftsmanship on all of the rings is superb. Everyone who has seen my engagement ring has asked me if it's an antique
because of the rare style, and they have all said that it is very beautiful. It seems that no one can tell the difference between a real diamond and a high-quality, well-designed cubic zirconia, so I honestly don't see the point in spending thousands of extra dollars on something only you and your
spouse will know about! Additionally, when my fiancé received his wedding band he had one of his co-workers take pictures of him with it on so I could see it, since I currently live in England and he lives in Italy (we are both in the Air Force). His co-worker ended up liking it so much that she's having her husband get rid of his old wedding band to buy the same one my fiancé has! Not only that, but when I forwarded the digital photos via e-mail to my parents so they could see his wedding band, my father, who has not worn a wedding band in 25 years after his had to be cut off due to a severe accident, has decided to order the EXACT same ring because he thought

Thank you for the incredible modification of my great aunt's antique ring. The miligrain detail and additional stones that you put in with an overlay of white gold was absolutely beautiful. The work was very detailed. I also wanted to thank you for your back bending service for one of your most picky customers-me. I do my research and am very difficult to please and want you to know that your service is A++. On that note, I want you to know that I have searched the internet for 6 months looking at every CZ website and calling every CZ website that exists, looking for an asscher cut CZ. Only a handful of CZ suppliers even carry this hard to cut stone and most of them dont even cut it right. Some admit that its hard to cut, but still carry a mediocre version.
