What kind of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, checks and money orders for mail orders. We cannot accept COD at this time.

How can I order the merchandise?
We have two easy ways to order:
Online (100% securely through our website)
Phone at (213) 627-7002 to order by personal check or money order.
Please allow 10 business days for your personal check to clear before your order will be processed.

What are the shipping and handling fees?
Shipping is FREE.

I want you to ship my order to alternate address (not my billing address). Can you do it?
If you would like your package(s) ship to an address other than your billing address. Please call your credit issuer to add an alternative SHIP TO address before placing the order.

How long will it take to get my order?
It will usually take anywhere from 10-14 business days to receive your order unless we have the piece in stock which then we will ship 2nd day delivery.

Do you do international shipping?
At this time unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders internationally.
