Return and Exchange Policy
Chic Jewelry strives for 100% satisfaction on your purchases. However, if there is something that you would like to return, you may do so within 14 for exchange or a refund minus shipping and restocking charges.
You will have the convenience of reviewing you purchased product for 14 from the dated of receiving your purchase. For all orders placed between November 28 - December 31, 2007
Note: There will be absolutely no refund or exchange on custom designed jewelry. Custom means if you send us a picture to design a ring or request major changes on a current design. Please insure any merchandise when returning. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
14 Trial Return Policy:
Chic Jewelry will accept returns for refund or exchange in the time stated above on all our items (Except Custom Jewelry, loose cubic zirconia stones, and designer jewelry boxes) in original and sellable condition with a 10% restocking fee. We will not accept returns for refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn, resized, engraved, or altered or damaged in any way. If Chic Jewelry performed engraving on an item incorrectly, we will replace that item with corrections. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
There will be absolutely no return, refund or exchange on:
Diamond rings and Jewelry
Custom Designed Jewelry (Custom means if you send us a picture to design a ring or request changes to stone's color or carat's size on a current design.)
Loose Cubic Zirconia Stones
Jewelry Cleaner Products
Designer Jewelry Box
All Styles of Jewelry That Have Engraving
